Customer Service Attendant (CSA)

Site Manager Starting Pay:
$15.75/hour + commission = possibility of $18/hr or more! Why You'll Love It Be the face of Wild Blue Car Wash! Help customers shine while keeping the site looking sharp. You'll work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a team that values hustle, heart, and high-fives. What You'll Do Greet customers with a smile and help them choose the perfect wash or club package Guide vehicles safely into the tunnel for a smooth ride Keep the vacuum lot spotless and welcoming Open and close the site like a pro Clean and organize all areas of the car wash Take on any other tasks that help the team win What You Bring A love for people and great service Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to learn the equipment and get hands-on Ability to lift, move, and stay active in all weather Who You Are Results-driven and ready to grow Positive, coachable, and team-oriented Proud of your work ethic and reliability
