Customer Service Representative (Insurance Agency)

Job Overview We are a growing Farmers Insurance agency seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on delivering a high-level client experience, supporting our sales team, and helping the agency operate efficiently. The right person will be organized, dependable, and enjoy working with people on a daily basis. This position plays a key role in our agency's growth by ensuring clients are taken care of and our sales team can stay focused on production. This position is not a sales role and is focused on customer service and support.

Salary Range:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone Customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required) Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions and service needs Process policy changes, payments, and documentation Manage daily policy alerts and follow up with clients Scan and organize documents after policies are issued Follow up with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Request reviews from satisfied clients Schedule annual policy reviews for existing clients Identify opportunities for additional coverage and notify the sales team Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 60 days of hire (we will assist with the process)."
