Insurance Customer Support Representative

Job Overview We are a growing insurance agency seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our team and ensure a smooth client experience. This role is critical to the daily operations of the office and requires strong follow-through, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is not a sales role. The primary focus is service, organization, and supporting the team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, staying organized, and completing tasks fully.

Salary Range:
