Job Description

Job Overview We are a growing Farmers Insurance agency seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a key role within our office focused on delivering a high-level client experience, supporting our sales team, and helping the agency operate efficiently. You will work directly with clients daily and play an important part in ensuring our operations run smoothly. The right person will be organized, dependable, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position plays a direct role in our agency's growth by ensuring clients are taken care of and allowing our sales team to stay focused on production. This is not a sales role. Your focus will be on service, organization, and supporting both our clients and internal team. Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, speaking with clients on the phone throughout the day, and completing tasks independently without supervision. You must also be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 60 days (we provide guidance and support through the process).
Salary Range:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly, and confident tone Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone throughout the day Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced office environment Customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required) Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service needs Process policy updates, payments, and documentation accurately and efficiently Manage daily policy alerts and proactively follow up with clients Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new clients Scan, organize, and maintain client documents within our systems Request and manage client reviews to support agency growth Schedule and coordinate annual policy reviews Identify potential coverage gaps and notify the sales team for follow-up Support overall office organization and day-to-day operations About Us Tom Smith-Farmers Insurance Agency is a dynamic and professional insurance provider dedicated to protecting what matters most to our clients.
