Job Description
Job Summary The Customer Service Associate manages the Company's lobby area, greets, and directs all visitors, and assists with general office job responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet each guest entering the lobby; notify specific employees of guest arrival. Maintain log of all visitors to location. Screen incoming phone calls/correspondence and direct to appropriate personnel. Respond independently, when possible, including, but not limited to, general order status inquiries from customers. Retrieve/accept and distribute all incoming mail. Ship packages as requested by employees. Organize and distribute incoming checks to appropriate personnel. Maintain Company conference room schedules to ensure proper utilization of space. Perform daily basic customer account maintenance, license updates, and contact information. Process daily sales orders as needed. Process and coordinate of customer pick-up orders. Maintain organization and cleanliness of copy room. Coordinate maintenance of copier to ensure optimum performance. Responsible for ensuring all time worked is properly and accurately recorded utilizing the appropriate, designated modes of timekeeping. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the Company. Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures outlined in the KEG 1 Missouri, LLC Employee Handbook. Conduct all activities in accordance with local, state and federal liquor control regulations.
