Job Description

Customer Service Representative New opening with a local growing service business. This position will be located in our Eureka office and will be 40 hours per week with a training work schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p during training. After training, there will be an adjustment to the weekly schedule to accommodate weekend help. We are a towing company that operates 24/7/365. This job supports our towing, impound, emergency response, and breakdown services, and as a result there are pressure points and challenges that require a person able to make multiple correct decisions under pressure. Are you great on the phone, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented? The Wrex Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company
  • answering calls, gathering information, and supporting dispatch operations that keep our team moving. Key Responsibilities
  • What You'll Do:
    Be the first point of contact for customers requesting towing, recovery, or dumpster services. Gather detailed job information and enter it accurately into our dispatch system. Provide friendly, timely communication with customers
  • including estimated arrival times and service updates. Assist in high-call-volume situations while maintaining professionalism and focus. Work closely with our dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth coordination of services. Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Strong phone communication skills and a calm, helpful demeanor. Fast, accurate data entry and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or a dispatch-related field is preferred. Familiarity with towing, transportation, or emergency services is a plus. Availability for one of the two 1st shift time slots listed above.

Paid Training Starting Pay:
