Order Processing & Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a Order Processing and Customer Support Specialist. This person will be detail oriented and responsible for entering customer orders, coordinating shipments based on available inventory and providing customer support. This position will work along side top management on planning and coordinating production schedules. This role supports daily operations by ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. Duties Manage the order processing cycle, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment coordination using internal teams. Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries related to orders, billing, account details, and product information through multiple communication channels. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts and follow-up support activities that enhance customer engagement. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, updates, and customer interactions within computer systems to ensure data integrity. Assist in analyzing customer feedback and order trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased satisfaction. Support account management initiatives by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise during the order lifecycle. Experience Experience in order processing, customer service, or account management within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with standard computer office programs is desired. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present solutions and build relationships with diverse wholesale customers. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and recommend actionable improvements. Knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
