Cashier/Customer Service

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at a grocery store. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and assist with various tasks around the store. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Perform product demonstrations when required
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
• Upsell products to customers when opportunities arise
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Operate the phone system with proper etiquette Requirements
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of grocery store operations is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn register functions and procedures
• Stocking and preparing
