Position Overview:

Coastal Cold Storage is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Foristell, MO. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office programs. This role requires the ability to work in a cold storage environment and handle tasks efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers—via phone, email, and in person Utilize Microsoft Office programs to generate reports and maintain accurate records Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency Perform data entry and maintain organized files Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience preferred Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a cold storage setting (protective gear provided) Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Compensation:

Starting at $20/ hour Overtime as needed Benefits package available after probationary period
