Job Description
OOIDA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Preliminary Quote Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will serve as an important first point of contact for members and prospective insureds by gathering information and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Manages all information received; organizes and maintains paper and electronic files, ensuring files are updated and maintained at all times. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and Association goals. Required High School Diploma or GED Microsoft Office Suite experience Helpful Knowledge of the trucking industry Bilingual (English, Spanish)
