The City of Grandview is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll support residents through licensing and registration processes while ensuring transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Assist customers with license applications, titles, registrations, and related services Review documentation carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and maintain records Balance daily transactions and complete required reporting Take photos and issue licenses and credentials Guide customers through requirements with clear, professional communication Maintain organized files and support daily office operations What Makes This Role Unique This role blends customer service, financial transactions, and attention to detail .
