In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities if applicable. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk or via multi-line phone systems, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks Handle administrative duties such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and calendar management Support office management by maintaining organized records, managing office supplies, and assisting with clerical tasks like copying, faxing, and mailing Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with bookkeeping tasks when necessary and support other administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Prior office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred; familiarity with office management practices is a plus Proven customer service background demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is desirable Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse clientele effectively Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), data entry, and proofing skills Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is beneficial but not mandatory Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively Join us in delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
