Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in High Ridge, United States! We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly mannerProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer systemHandle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawerResolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approachCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiencesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operationsAdhere to company policies and procedures at all timesQualificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to follow directions and adhere to company protocolsComputer literacy and familiarity with order processing systemsMultitasking ability in a fast-paced environmentStress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressurePhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
