Job Description

Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Lake St. Louis, United States location. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our company's success.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiriesTake and process customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare food items, including making pizzas, as per company standardsHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate recordsProvide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operationsAssist with various tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesQualificationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customersStrong attention to detail and accuracy in order processingAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidaysBasic computer proficiency for order entry and processingPositive attitude and friendly demeanorTeam player with a willingness to assist colleagues as neededAbility to follow directions and adhere to company standardsProblem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectivelyPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
