Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative! Are you passionate about community engagement and making a difference? Join our dedicated team as the Customer Service Representative for our City utility services! In this vital role, you will be responsible for processing payments from individuals, businesses, and organizations for essential utilities and services, all while providing an exceptional customer experience. As the primary contact for our customers, you'll handle requests related to utility services-including electric, sewer, and water-ensuring that all account information is accurate and up to date.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Payment Processing:
Accurately process payments and manage delinquent accounts, providing information on alternative payment options to assist customers in need.
Service Requests:
Efficiently handle all requests for utility services, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
Documentation Preparation:
Assist in preparing documents for various licenses, permits, and inspections as required.
Customer Support:
Offer support and guidance to customers regarding their accounts, services, and available programs.
