Job DescriptionJoin our team at Domino's Pizza in Mehlville, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service and support our busy store operations.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipesProcess cash and credit card transactionsProvide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operationsAssist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking suppliesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteouslyLift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. as requiredQualificationsExcellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a teamFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAttention to detail and ability to follow directions accuratelyPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous customer service or food service experience (a plus)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
