Job Description

Description Customer Service Associate Job Purpose:
The Customer Support Associate is responsible for order entry and assistance to sales representatives. They will oversee the order entry process, insurance certificates and the bid/performance bond requirements. He or she may also assist in recall process and administrative functions for the team. This role is based out of our Monett, MO office and supports the Miracle brand.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders and change orders from the sales team Enter orders into Syteline Upload orders to the shared drive after they are processed Train new rep/sales rep in order entry process Receive all reps bond request forms and forward to bonding company Receive bonds back from bonding company, process and mail to reps Update bond worksheet and file bonds Receive all reps insurance certificate request forms and forward to insurance company Receive certificate copy and file Handle all recall customer calls Update spreadsheets Issue all call tags Assign certain reps to handle customer service problems in absence of sales service Assist the team in administrative functions as requested Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, etc. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, and knowledge of Syteline. Notary Public preferred
