Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Role Type:

25-35 hours per week, flexible Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience for their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities Client Support:

Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing client inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and claims.

Policy Maintenance:

Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately within the agency management system.

Relationship Building:

Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service and proactive communication.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain organized digital files, manage correspondence, and assist agents with documentation as needed.

Qualifications Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and a quick learner for industry-specific CRM tools.

Reliability:

Commitment to the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM weekday schedule. Preferred already Property and Casualty Insurance licensed, if not must complete this within 45 days of hire at your own cost. Pay scale will depend on license status, experience and be evaluated after 90 day review.
