Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team at Max Motors Dealerships, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to enhance our service department by ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle service and repairs. Assess customer needs and provide accurate information on services and pricing. Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Requirements Proven experience in a service advisor role or similar position within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive systems and services. Nice to have Certification from a recognised automotive training programme. Experience with dealership management software.
