We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and trusted advisor for our clients. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while helping clients protect what matters most. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, and products while following established agency processes. Process changes to existing accounts and policies with accuracy and efficiency. Act as a liaison between customers and our business partners/insurance carriers to resolve issues and ensure smooth service. Conduct daily reviews and follow-up on renewals, policy changes, underwriting requests, and customer needs. Schedule appointments for agency producers and team members with existing and prospective clients. Participate in policy reviews and provide knowledgeable advice on coverage options. Identify cross-selling opportunities to better serve clients and help them secure comprehensive protection. Manage ongoing customer touchpoints to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general PC/internet applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Eagerness to learn — we highly value candidates who are coachable and motivated to grow. Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
