Kansas City, MO - Fully Onsite (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate:
$19-21/hour

Long-Term / Indefinite Contract About the Role A leading retail and consumer products company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers through product inquiries, order support, and day-to-day service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product questions, order updates, returns, and general support inquiries Provide knowledgeable recommendations and guidance on a wide range of products and accessories Process customer orders, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering a high level of service Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed Stay informed on new products, promotions, and company offerings Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, or support experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high customer interaction Interest in music, audio equipment, consumer electronics, or related products is a plus Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Basic computer and data entry skills required Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Schedule Monday-Friday Fully onsite in Kansas City, MO Please submit your resume to apply.
