Customer Service Representative

Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative , your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, speaking with customers on the phone and in-person regarding: Pool/spa/furniture/fixtures/equipment - customer service representatives will interface with customers in providing service and general guidelines. Customer service representatives will work with customers to set up service calls and find replacement parts. Customer service representatives will report to and work closely with Service Management to ensure excellent customer service and quality. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical experience is helpful, but not required. Team members must maintain the highest standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct, must possess good verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills, and must comply with all safety procedures, inclusive of safe working and driving habits.
