Purpose of Position As a Service Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. This position involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Success Factors Responds to customer inquiries about status and questions on service items in a prompt and courteous manner. Prepares service repair quotes, including initial contact and follow-up. Communicates with vendors for service parts and repair. Processes and handles equipment for internal transfer or shipping/ receiving from vendors. Physical processing of equipment to shipping, service or other internal departments Maintains customer accessories while equipment is being processed. Maintains quality records for standards. Enter customer information, PO and Status Updates or changes. Updates database with status changes and customer information Enters Purchase orders for service and parts. Qualifications High School Diploma Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in a related service field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to utilize multiple monitors and work within multiple programs at once. Manage time wisely and meet deadlines. Quality minded with attention to detail. Regular attendance and daily punctuality are critical in performing the job.
