Duties Manage purchasing activities using ERP system to ensure timely procurement of materials and products Coordinate sourcing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms Support inventory management and control by monitoring stock levels and implementing inventory replenishment plans Assist customers via phone, email, or online channels by providing product information, order updates, and resolving inquiries efficiently Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping schedules, track deliveries, and optimize supply chain flow Utilize platforms to process orders, update product listings, and manage pricing strategies Contribute to production planning and merchandising efforts by aligning procurement activities with manufacturing schedules and sales trends Experience Proven experience in purchasing or inside sales within a manufacturing or distribution environment Familiarity with ERP systems such as Cetec, SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms for materials management and procurement processes Strong understanding of supply chain management principles including inventory control, logistics, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and sourcing strategies Knowledge of contracts negotiation, pricing models, and procurement best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers alike Experience working with inventory management tools and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable Ability to analyze data related to production planning, merchandising, and supply chain performance to support decision-making This role offers an energetic environment where your skills will directly impact our operational success.
