Role:

Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor, the successful applicant will provide general support to the Team and, although not exhaustive, will also be responsible for: Answer incoming calls/correspondence in a competent and professional manner within agreed service standards. Ensure all orders and correspondence are recorded accurately. Work with team members and management in order to solve all customer concerns and queries. Contribute to the goal of continually improving the quality of customer service and service turnaround of work processes Applicants must have a good standard of education, IT skills with Excel knowledge is beneficial.
