Geis Peterbilt is seeking a qualified Service Advisor to join our team! We are looking for a motivated and eager individual with Heavy-Duty service experience to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor / Writer, we are looking for individuals who have a strong desire to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service in the industry. Individuals must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, understanding the importance of customer service, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple forms of technology to provide up-to-date information to our team and our customers. We'll provide all the necessary training in-house for the specific systems and processes related to the job functions. We want to set you up for success and we do that by giving you the proper training and knowledge from the start. AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts and services. Providing pricing and product information to customers. Answering telephones promptly. Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company standards. Contributing to departmental production and profitability goals. Ability to apply common sense when needed, while staying within Kansas City Peterbilt's guidelines. Perform accurate and complete service write-ups Provide accurate documentation for all repair orders Provide exceptional communication between the company and the customer Provide accurate and detailed estimates of needed repairs Utilize all technology available to keep our customers updated Responsible for adhering to all warranty policies and procedures Ability to navigate websites for technical information Must be Ethical and Trustworthy The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated and perform all tasks to the best of their ability. The candidate also needs to be motivated to take advantage of all of the online OEM training. What you need - JOB
