• Manage customer purchase orders from
• order entry through invoicing
• Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Enter and maintain customer forecasts within SAP
• Analyze customer demand and inventory levels across the distribution network
• Participate in meetings with customers to gather forecasting information
• Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with thirdparty warehouses
• to monitor shipments
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status and potential delays
• Maintain accurate customer records and generate reports as needed
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners
• Promote teamwork and serve as backup support for colleagues when required Work Environment

• Qualifications
• Required
• Bachelor's degree (preferred fields include Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, retail/restaurant, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar environments
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills, including Excel and Word

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
