Job Description
Betty Davis Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency. We represent a number of different insurance companies. We can compare coverage and prices to find the best possible value for your client's needs. If you do not fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
- Complete applications for insurance if not already licensed
- Willingness to learn and be coach able
- A great self-starter and multitasker
- Interact with customers, clients, insurance carriers and internal sources to provide coverage information
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquires
- Adhere to all position-specific administrative policies, including but not limited to confidentiality, non-disclosure, and program-specific material usage.
- 9-5 Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- Experience with computer and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 yrs. experience and licensed preferred.
- Willing to learn and become licensed in auto, health, property and casualty and life.
- Good organizational skills
- Salary will be based on experience, training and being licensed.
