$20-25 per hour depending on experience About Us Burke Financial Advisors is a growing wealth management and tax planning firm serving individuals, families, and business owners throughout the region. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of personal service while helping clients navigate important financial and tax-related decisions. We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services & Administrative Coordinator. This role is a key part of our client experience and serves as the first point of contact for many of our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a professional office environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Client Service & Communication Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Provide exceptional service to clients through phone, electronic communications, and in-person interactions Assist clients with general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member Schedule client meetings and assist with calendar management Support ongoing client communications and follow-up requests Administrative & Office Support Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Scan, upload, organize, and maintain client documents Assist with electronic document management systems Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering needs Assist with maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment, including common office and client areas Support daily office operations and administrative projects Maintain organized client records and databases Assist with special projects and team initiatives as needed Tax Season Support Assist with tax organizer distribution and client follow-up Help track receipt of tax documents and client information Coordinate tax appointment scheduling and reminders Support document collection and workflow management during tax season Assist clients with portal and document submission questions Help ensure tax season workflows remain organized and efficient Team Support Support advisors, accountants, and staff with administrative and operational tasks Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client service Assist wherever needed to support a positive team environment Qualifications Preferred Experience Experience working in a tax, financial services, banking, legal, medical, insurance, or other professional office environment is preferred.
