Customer Support Representative

Seeking motivated and well-spoken individuals ready to work in a fast-paced environment to join our growing team. You must be driven to maintain smooth, accurate and efficient while providing maximum customer satisfaction. This position requires a detailed-oriented individual with a well-coordinated and proactive approach to verifying information, following up with dealerships and solving customers concerns. Excellent mechanical, organizational, multitasking and communication skills are required. Must be able to interpret the contracts, identify the mechanical failures and adhere to our established processes. Hardworking professionals able to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
