Job Overview Ozark Hills Insurance is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our health insurance agents during the busy enrollment season. This role involves assisting clients, answering questions, scheduling appointments, handling office communication, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience. This is currently a seasonal position through January 15th, with the opportunity to become a permanent full-time role for the right candidate based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Support health insurance agents with administrative and customer service tasks Schedule appointments and follow up with clients Help clients with basic policy questions and documentation Maintain accurate customer records and files Check in clients for their appointments Respond to emails and office communications promptly Provide a welcoming and positive experience for clients Requirements Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email, and office software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and reliable work ethic Customer service or office experience preferred, but not required Join us in creating a welcoming environment where every customer feels appreciated.
