Greet customers warmly and address their needs with enthusiasm and empathyProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer systemHandle monetary transactions and make correct change when necessaryRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional mannerMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsStay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policiesAssist with inventory management and restocking as neededProvide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvementQualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanorBasic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accuratelyProficiency in data entry and order processing using computer systemsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectivelyPatience and ability to maintain composure under pressureDetail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light liftingPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide comprehensive training!
