Service Advisor/ASM

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle's needs
• Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and services
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including tire service, oil changes, brake repair, diesel engine repair, shocks, struts, etc.
• Ability to align customer needs with appropriate services
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position requires cash handling skills as well as knowledge of various automotive services such as tire service, oil changes, brake repair, diesel engine repair, shocks, struts, etc.
