Job Description:

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries across multiple channels. Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and networked systems. Serve as an escalation point for basic technical issues that require advanced knowledge. Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolution steps accurately in support tracking systems. Guide and support lower-level team members in resolving routine technical problems. Identify patterns in technical issues and suggest improvements for product enhancement.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred. 1+ years of relevant work experience required. Strong knowledge of technical troubleshooting methodologies and repair processes. Excellent problem-solving abilities for moderately complex issues. Superior communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support ticketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple support cases simultaneously.

Annual Pay Range:

34,600 - 39,936
