Upon joining our company, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their printing, shipping, and office service needs. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining a smooth and professional operation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with printing, shipping, and other office service inquiries.
• Operate cash registers and process cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Handle shipping tasks, including processing packages using proprietary software and ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform basic printing and copying tasks using printers, copiers, and related equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions about services, pricing, and timelines.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer deadlines and maintain store operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
• Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of packages or materials.
