Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cereset Coach Tech to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will provide specialized support to clients undergoing brain wellness programs, ensuring they receive safe, effective, and personalized care. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive environment where clients feel motivated and empowered to achieve their wellness goals. As a Cereset Coach Tech, you will be instrumental in delivering technical assistance, managing client interactions, and supporting wellness initiatives with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist clients during brain wellness sessions by setting up equipment and ensuring proper functioning of all devices. Monitor and record data accurately during sessions. Support wellness interventions by applying technology and coaching. Collect data related to client progress, and session outcomes for ongoing assessment and reporting. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding records, sensitive information, and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with team members on intake procedures, terminology clarification, and session planning to optimize client care. Interact with potential clients in a professional manner to answer questions, educate, and build the client base. Experience Prior experience in customer service is required. Background in sales is helpful. Experience in medical documentation practices and understanding of HIPAA compliance is advantageous. Some computer experience preferred. Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward client care and data collection are key to success in this role. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
