There is also room for advancement within this quickly growing company with PRN and part-time adminstrative duties as a Care Coordinator. You can earn from $16/hour up to $26/hour. Homewatch CareGivers of Billings opened our local location in March 2024 for Homewatch CareGivers, which has been in business for over 45 years with over 268 locations. Role Overview of Care Coordinator:

Care Coordinator will be responsible for Monthly Care Review visit, Virtual Wellness Visits, Client-Caregiver introductions, and ongoing communications with clients, families and caregivers. This role ensures that services are delivered according to company standards, client preferences, and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview of Caregiver:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Billings, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure each client feels valued, seen, and supported while maintaining their independence and dignity. Whether you work part-time or full-time, you'll have the flexibility to create meaningful relationships and make a significant impact in our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude. Assist clients with activities of daily living (e.g., walking, grooming, bathing). Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities. Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not required. Ability to provide compassionate and respectful support to clients. Strong communication skills. Written and verbal. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust with clients and their families. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends. Comfortable traveling to client homes with in the service area. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Bonus If You:

Have certifications related to caregiving or healthcare. Possess experience working with children, elderly or disabled clients. Are knowledgeable about local resources and community services for clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time to Full-Time position with availability from Monday through Sunday. Days, nights, weekend shifts immediately available in this quickly growing company.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Billings, Montana. We focus on providing personalized, in-home care services.
