Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts inquiries and order placement Work creatively to help solve customer problems. Own service tickets from intake to order completion, working with shop technicians to problem solve, order parts, and make sure quality standards are met on every job. Create and manage orders using our operating system Look up parts using our internal database Place outbound calls to customers for follow-up and order support Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a service writer, parts counter or related position in heavy duty or automotive repair shop Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of heat exchange systems, engines and industrial equipment Comfortable using computers and learning new software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Friendly, dependable, and professional
