Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to their RV concerns to accurately document service needs Create detailed repair orders and estimates using auto estimating software, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnoses, repairs needed, and timelines Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission services to maximize shop productivity Handle cash transactions and process payments securely while maintaining accurate financial records Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups efficiently to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain thorough records of all service activities, parts used, and customer interactions for future reference Skills Proven dealership experience or background in RV service management with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repairs Mechanical knowledge of various RV systems. Hands-on experience as a service technician or mechanic is highly desirable to better communicate technical details Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to explain complex repairs in an understandable manner Proficiency in auto estimating software and familiarity with RV repair procedures Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and trust with customers This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to leverage their RV knowledge while delivering outstanding service.
