Customer Service Representative

Merchants bank is seeking the an addition to our team. We are looking for a Teller who can partner well with our current staff. The ideal candidate would have basic banking experience and enjoy responsibilities in areas of operations including teller duties and customer service skills. Experience preferred, but willing to train. If these are the qualities you possess then this is the place for you! Join or team today. Wage is dependent on experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Good team skills with ability to develop effective working relationships. High School diploma or equivalency. Ten key proficiency. Previous customer service/computer experience.

Dimension of Job:

In addition to handling customer transactions, the individual will open accounts, process wires and other duties as assigned. They will also be responsible for following banking regulations and procedures while maintaining protection of the Bank's assets. This position is full time with full benefits including but not limited to; Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life and Disability Insurance, 401K, PTO, observe all federal holidays.
