Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced property and casualty licensed CSR to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and servicing commercial and personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database. Service Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts. Experience Previous experience in an insurance customer service role is required. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Pay Salary will be based on experience and insurance knowledge.
