Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a valued local client. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales efforts, and assisting with shipping and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities Provide excellent, professional customer service to customers and clients Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and basic sales support Coordinate and assist with product shipments and deliveries Operate office equipment including computers and a multi-line phone system Assist with warehouse-related tasks as needed, including use of forklift and pallet jack Maintain a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to operate a computer and multi-line phone system Forklift and pallet jack experience (or willingness to learn) Punctual, reliable, and considerate team player Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely Comfortable working in both office and light warehouse environments Why Work With Express?
