Phone experience and organizational skills are important. Being able to handle multiple tasks and help keep the ball rolling downhill will be a great benefit. Customer service here is handling transactions and requests from new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be eager to help and update client information and find solutions for clients questions and concerns. This can be best facilitated with already having your Property and Casualty license and your Life and Health license. Priority will be given to those candidates. Calling to set up appointments, gathering information on clients, taking payments and handling the deposit will be part of your daily talks.
