What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for seamless operations Maintain detailed records in CRM systems

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus (but not required!) Basic computer and phone system skills
