We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our round-the-clock service operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues
diagnosing problems quickly, communicating clearly, and driving resolutions from start to finish.

Requirements:
Experience in customer service, technical support, or service desk environments
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / Security Clearance
Flexible to work shift-based schedules after training Shift Schedule Our operations run 24/7/365 across three shifts:
Day Shift:
7:30 AM
3:30
PM Swing Shift:
3:30 PM
12:00
AM Midnight Shift:
12:00 AM
8:00
AM Note:
All new hires will begin on the Day Shift for training purposes. Shift assignments may change based on business needs after the training period is complete.
