We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brevard, North Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product offerings to deliver excellent service.
• Meet or exceed established performance standards for both quality and productivity.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with both customers and team members.
• Utilize computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, to complete tasks efficiently.
• Respond to community voicemail messages and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Support departmental goals by participating in training and assisting leadership with various tasks.
