Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
• Coordinate messages for all three departments: Auto, Residential, and Commercial
• Write up auto glass quotes, make auto glass orders, and give detailed auto glass billing to each customer
• Schedule appointments in a time effective manner for policy holders, insurance agents, body shops, and customers

• Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Spanish is a huge plus
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
