Location:
Cary, NC Hours:
Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm Duties Manage call center team of 6 people in financial department Scheduling for mandatory coverage. Approving absences. Establish and maintain a teamwork environment. Analyze skills of team. Handle escalated calls. Create payment plans. Requirements Must be able to work onsite. 2-3 yrs prior call center exp as Team Lead or Manager Excellent supervisory skills Notes Position may be restructured or may become permanent depending on pending management decisions. One week of training with exiting employee to learn systems. Prior exp as a call center team lead or manager in a financial setting a must.
Pay:
From $29.00 per hour
