Carolina Collaborations is expanding and hiring a Client Enrollment Associate to support our customer enrollment team in Durham. This opportunity combines customer service, sales, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. As a Client Enrollment Associate, you'll play a key role in helping customers understand available services, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in customer support, client services, and sales within a team-driven environment. What You'll Do as a Client Enrollment Associate Work directly with customers to assist with service options and enrollment Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information on available offerings Guide customers through enrollment steps and account setup Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and completion of services Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and sales performance Represent Carolina Collaborations with professionalism in all interactions What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude Interest in building experience in customer service and sales Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus (not required) Training & Growth Paid training for every Client Enrollment Associate Hands-on experience in customer support and sales processes Ongoing mentorship and skill development Performance-based advancement opportunities Growth into leadership and higher-level client service or sales roles Supportive, team-focused work environment Why Join Carolina Collaborations At Carolina Collaborations, we prioritize growth, teamwork, and professional development.
