Job Description

Salon Manager:
919-929-2209 -or- Manager@CitrineSalonNC.com The Customer Support Team is the first and last impression the clients have of our salon.
Customer Support Team:
Greet and assist all clients as needed Manage client appointments Assist with inventory management of supplies and retail products Assist with creating marketing content The Customer Support Team consists of the busy bees that make all the phone calls, do of the ordering and restocking, help with cleaning ( as all Team Citrine members do ), and coordinate all the inter-goings-on to free up the rest of the Team to focus on the clients' services. Citrine is looking for a warm, friendly, energetic, and computer-savvy person to join our passionate, innovative, forward-thinking and best-in-class Salon for 20-30 hours per week.
